We are now recruiting for an experienced Solution Delivery Expert (m/f/d) for our growing team.

Impact & ownership

In this pivotal role, you will support revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that deliver business value and highlight our unique value proposition. You will work primarily with our sales and product teams for Germany, supporting sales opportunities and driving customer acquisition while collaborating closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of client requirements into our product offerings. • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors’ offerings and articulate our product differentiators, creating persuasive presentations and demonstrations.
• Design and implement target operating models for procurement excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, from C-suite to operational teams, providing strategic insights and hands-on leadership.
• Oversee system configuration, rollout, testing, and user adoption strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and position our products effectively, providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Own and drive expertise around product positioning, use cases, technical landscape, and demo best practices, serving as the first line of defense and product expert for sales and prospects.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution delivery, solution deployment, consulting or a similar role within the B2B enterprise software space.
• Profound understanding of data and AI technology and its practical applications, ideally in the enterprise procurement space.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, fluent in both German and English. Please, note: German is a must have.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and articulate competitive advantages, with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric and commercially driven, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
