Overview

Solution Delivery Expert (m/f/d) at Procure Ai. Remote and hybrid options with a hybrid or remote mode of work. The role supports revenue growth by engaging potential clients, delivering tailored solutions and collaborating closely with sales, product and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors’ offerings and articulate our product differentiators.
• Design and implement target operating models for procurement excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, from C‑suite to operational teams, providing strategic insights and hands‑on leadership.
• Oversee system configuration, rollout, testing and user adoption strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and position our products effectively, providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Own and drive expertise around product positioning, use cases, technical landscape and demo best practices, serving as the first line of defense and product expert for sales and prospects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solution delivery, solution deployment, consulting or a similar role within the B2B enterprise software space.
• Profound understanding of data and AI technology and its practical applications, ideally in the enterprise procurement space.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, fluent in both German and English. German is a must.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and articulate competitive advantages, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric and commercially driven, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
