Job summary

WhyBrilliant GmbH in Berlin is seeking an AI strategy leader to steer pre-sales, structure complex AI engagements, and align executive ambition with feasible technical outcomes. You will own the strategic frontend of our AI practice at the Berlin AI Campus.

In this entrepreneurial role, you’ll drive executive-level AI strategy engagements, define high-impact ML use cases, and partner with the Growth team to shape proposals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in management consulting, strategic advisory, or high-growth tech environments.
• Solid practical grasp of modern ML architectures, capabilities, and business viability.
• Track record of steering C-level conversations, pre-sales pitches, and strategic client roadmaps.
• Background in quantitative or business disciplines (MBA, Computer Science, Data Science, or Analytics).
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English at a professional level (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Overall ownership of strategic AI advisory, pre-sales shaping, and high-impact ML use case roadmaps.
• Lead executive-level AI strategy engagements, defining high-impact ML use cases and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive commercial pipeline growth in partnership with the Growth team through pre-sales leadership and tailored proposal shaping.
• Act as the strategic sparring partner between client C-level leadership and internal machine learning engineering teams.
• Advance our AI Strategy practice by evolving proprietary advisory frameworks, tooling, and AI maturity models.
• Author high-signal thought leadership and represent our strategic AI perspective across industry forums and client networks.

Embedded in our 5-person AI Strategy practice at the Berlin AI Campus, you will lead the strategic frontend—steering pre-sales, structuring complex AI engagements, and aligning executive ambition with technical reality.
