Job Description

• Ensure that processes are flexible, the kitchen is clean and the team members work hand in hand – even if the receipt list is sometimes longer.
• Commit to the high standards of our food and make sure our junior chefs, apprentices and trainees are committed to this goal as well.
• As a trained caterer, you’ll also be taking up the ladle yourself over and over again.

Qualifications

• Completed a course of training as a chef, and have experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Can motivate your fellow staff and lead a team.
• Passionate about live cooking and international cuisine, and renowned for organisational skills in the kitchen.
• Bring not only your abilities, but also your character.
