Responsibilities

• Preparing dishes for our 5‑course menus and themed buffets
• Preparing the mise en place
• Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Completed chef training and, ideally, some initial experience in upscale restaurants
• Willingness to learn and motivation
• Loyalty and professionalism when dealing with discerning guests
