Job Summary

Chef de Partie reports to the Chef de Cuisine and is responsible for creating state-of-the-art culinary experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the offerings are stylish, thoughtful, surprising, and delivered with attention to detail.
• Work well in all service shifts.
• Learn and record skills and recipes.
• Follow and enforce cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures.
• Prepare relevant mise en place.
• Support culinary management in developing new menus.
• Assist with ordering and stock-keeping.
• Assist other colleagues.

Qualifications

• Gained relevant job experience in a similar environment.
• Strong customer focus and willing to go the extra mile.
• Brings a high level of creativity.
• Fluent in German or English.
