About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Munich, the Demichef de Partie is responsible for state‑of‑the‑art culinary experiences for our guests. The Demichef de Partie reports to the Chef de Cuisine.

As Demichef de Partie, you will responsible for the following duties

• ensure that our offerings are stylish, thoughtful, surprising and delivered with attention to detail
• works well in all service shifts
• follows and enforces cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures
• prepares relevant mise en place
• assisting other colleagues
