Your mission

Depending on your profile and preferences you can focus on different main areas of responsibility :

• Consulting : You advise our customers on setting up and expanding Checkmk installations.
• Pre-sales : You support the sales team when technical questions arise in the sales process or the customer wants a proof of concept.
• Training courses : You conduct training courses and workshops on Checkmk at our premises and occasionally at the customers site.
• Documentation & know-how transfer : You support the knowledge team with know-how and best practices from daily customer practice.
• Development : If you are able and willing you will also support the development of check plug-ins.
• Technical support : You support customers in technical support via telephone e-mail and remote sessions

Your profile

• You have already gained broad experience in the use of Checkmk ideally in different setups and environments
• Ideally you have experience as a system administrator or site reliability engineer
• You like to help experts and are communicative
• You like to educate yourself and stay up to date with the latest developments
• You speak German or English at least well one of the two also fluently
• Ideally you also like to travel but this is not a must
