The Change Manager is a high‑visibility function at BIL within the Organization, Business Processes & Architecture department in the CEO Office line. This role is crucial in enabling employees to understand and embrace organizational or operational changes / new ways of working by preparing for change through effective communication; executing and managing change across various dimensions, including stakeholder engagement, knowledge building, and proficiency enhancement ; and reinforcing change to ensure long‑term sustainability, while tracking and measuring adoption.
Within the context of the Delivery Framework, the purpose of this position is to manage change on internal projects, programs and coordinate change activities and resources within their scope of responsibilities. This role is key to ensuring project success and the effective adoption of new solutions, processes, and other changes within the organization.
To develop and support SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) organizational change, the Change Manager may also act as an Agile Coach, serving the Delivery Organization (Value Chains composed of Fusion teams) as an evangelist and accelerator for the adoption of agile methodologies.
