The Role

As a Junior Campaign Specialist , you’ll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. You’ll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
• Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
• Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment

What We’re Looking For

• German at C2 level + high level of English
• 1 / 2 years experience in sales and / or online advertising (a big plus if its digital marketing!)
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• BA / BS degree or equivalent (Marketing / Communications a plus)

Salary: 23,876 gross / year + up to 3,408 bonus / year
