A leading European snack producer is seeking a Business Transformation People and Culture Advisor to drive training programs and enhance employee engagement. Responsibilities include identifying skill gaps, designing training workshops, and overseeing talent management programs. As a Business Transformation People and Culture Advisor, you will drive the creation and delivery of training programmes and people development projects to upskill team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement. You will support the development and implementation of people and culture strategies aligned with Intersnack’s HR strategy, partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, and oversee talent management programmes, including performance reviews and career pathing.
You will also support cultural initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Business Transformation department’s values and ways of working.
Help to identify skill gaps and training needs through consultations with leadership and team members
Contribute to the design and rollout of training programmes, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to Business Transformation’s strategic goals
Assist with onboarding programmes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into Business Transformation
Monitor and report on training effectiveness, participation, and impact on team competencies
Collaborate with HR, and external training providers to align training projects with organisational needs
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Several years of relevant experience in HR, people development, or organisational culture
Good leadership, coaching, and change management skills
Ability to support cultural alignment and employee engagement
Functional knowledge in people analytics, and engagement tools
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong MS Office and MS Project skills
Strong presentation skills
Virtual teamwork
Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
