BUSINESS SOLUTIONS OFFICER

As a member of the Business Solutions team, you will play an important role in how Advanzia collaborates across departments and supports business growth in a fast‑changing environment.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT on requirements and change management, helping to deliver effective, end‑to‑end banking solutions that improve processes and create real value for our customers.

This opportunity is a full‑time CDI contract.

ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and evaluate various and complex business requirements as part of projects and/or change initiatives
• Provide end‑to‑end business solution proposals and recommendations for implementation according to your analysis, including technical solution design aligned with delivery and architecture teams
• Prepare, coordinate and support the implementation phase hand in hand with the delivery team (developers, testers and IT)
• Collaborate closely with projects managers, other internal stakeholders at all hierarchy levels and external partners
• Perform feasibility studies and in‑depth assessments for new strategic projects and business initiatives
• Identify and recommend best practices for automation and standardisation to enhance and optimise (business) processes

ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality

• Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or computer science and bring at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong practical knowledge in requirements engineering or product management, combined with expertise in functional solution and process design
• Knowledge of banking/payment platforms, or API‑driven processes
• Practical experience working with agile or lean methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban would be an asset
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French, German or other languages is a plus
• Efficiency and simplicity: Ability to design and implement lean, agile processes to create simple and accessible solutions
• Adaptability and flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, navigating change effectively
• Ownership and accountability: Demonstrates a proactive approach in taking responsibility for tasks/outcomes, with a focus on seeing projects through to completion
