You will generate qualified sales pipeline through high-volume outbound work and help build a predictable flow of opportunities for the sales team.
Generate new pipeline through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Manage an SMB territory in the DACH region and meet daily activity and outreach targets.
Lead discovery and qualification calls, then pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
Keep CRM records and pipeline tracking accurate in HubSpot.
Collaborate with go-to-market leadership and Account Executives to maintain a steady flow of qualified meetings.
Use feedback and performance data to improve outreach, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work.
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment such as sales, business development, consulting, or a startup.
Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree.
Native or fluent German at C2 level and strong English skills.
Experience with sales KPIs and activity metrics, as well as conducting prospect discovery and qualification calls.
Confidence with cold calling, persistence, ownership, and a structured, data-driven approach to work.
Some business development or sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools. Early-stage startup experience is a plus.

Hybrid role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with one day per week on-site.
