Jameda, Germany’s leading digital healthcare portal, is expanding its alliance network from Berlin. You will manage existing partnerships with practice management system providers and healthcare software companies, identify growth opportunities, and drive joint initiatives from first contact to go-live.
This role requires a degree in business or economics, a strong network in healthcare, and proven partnership management experience.
Jameda is Germany’s largest digital healthcare portal. Millions of patients trust our platform every month to find the right doctors and book appointments easily online. With Noa Notes, we are now bringing AI directly into everyday practice: our intelligent solution automatically documents doctor-patient conversations in real time. This gives doctors more time for what matters most: direct interaction with their patients.
You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of existing partnerships, particularly with practice management system providers, healthcare software companies, and sales partners and resellers. You continuously develop existing collaborations, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the successful implementation of joint initiatives. You identify, assess, and win new partners for the integration and distribution of our products and solutions, including our calendar solution, Noa Notes, and other future offerings. You independently conduct partner discussions and contract negotiations and support collaborations from the first contact through to a successful go-live. You coordinate internal and external stakeholders from Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology to successfully implement and further develop partnerships. You manage partner pipelines and sales activities based on data, analyze relevant KPIs, and derive specific measures to improve performance. You monitor market, competitive, and technology trends in healthcare and use them to identify new business and collaboration opportunities.
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field. You have relevant professional experience in business development, partnership management, strategic partnerships, or a comparable field. You know the dynamics of the healthcare sector, whether in practice management systems, healthcare software and digital health applications, or third-party systems. Ideally, you already have a strong network and know exactly how to approach associations and relevant market participants in a targeted way (without relying on mere PR speak). You have a basic technical understanding and can successfully manage and support integration projects between different systems together with Product and Technology teams. You have extensive experience in building, managing, and taking partnerships to market. You understand business relationships, think in benchmarks, and steer your partner funnels effectively. You work in a data-driven and precise way. Ideally, you are comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Setting up reliable reporting is second nature to you. Language skills: You communicate in German at a very high level, both spoken and written (C2+), and are confident negotiating in an English-speaking business environment.
