Job summary

gematik GmbH is seeking to strengthen its recruiting for students and interns. You will own the end-to-end process from posting roles to interviewing and contract preparation, while advising departments on attracting top talent.

You will contribute to employer branding and university marketing projects, support day-to-day recruiting operations, and help manage the applicant system, data, and analyses to ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business psychology or HR-focused business administration.
• Some initial recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Very good German and English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process for students and interns from posting the job to interviews and contracts.
• Create and publish job postings and ensure vacancies are visible through the right channels.

You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for students and interns. You manage every step, from posting the job opening and conducting interviews to preparing contracts. You are responsible for creating and publishing job postings and ensuring that our vacancies are visible through the right recruiting channels. You advise departments on attracting the best talent. You support exciting projects in employer branding and university marketing. You support our recruiters with day-to-day operations and contribute to the administration and further development of our applicant management system. You maintain data, assist with analyses, and ensure a smooth recruiting process.

Требования

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business psychology, business administration with a focus on human resource management, or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you have already gained some initial recruiting experience. You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications. Ideally, you have also gained some initial experience with human resource management or applicant management systems. You are communicative, work proactively and independently, approach people proactively, and are keen to help shape projects through hands-on involvement. You have very good spoken and written German and English skills.
