Job summary

Epikur Software ищет продакт-менеджера для развития нашего ПО для медицинской практики. Ваша задача — управлять продуктом, опираясь на пользовательские интервью, регуляторные требования и анализ рынка, сотрудничая с командой разработки и UX.

Кандидат должен иметь опыт в кросс-функциональных Agile-командах, знание Jira и Figma, владение немецким на уровне C1 и опыт в регламентированной сфере; гибридный офис в Берлине Чарлоттенбург, возможность применения ИИ в концепциях продукта.

Qualifications

Mental health is one of the most pressing issues of our time. Psychotherapy practices are overloaded—and still spend too much time on administration instead of patients. We have been changing that for over 25 years with specialized practice software, telematics solutions, and a team of more than 100 people in Berlin-Charlottenburg. We are neither a startup nor a corporation. We are a company that knows what it is doing and where it is going—and takes the people who make that possible seriously.

You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our practice management software, from user requirements and the roadmap through to release. You make decisions based on real user interviews, market observation, and regulatory requirements, and communicate them clearly to the team. You are the interface between software development, UX, and the specialist departments. This does not mean coordinating meetings—it means creating clarity. You actively assess how AI functionalities can be meaningfully integrated into existing workflows, from conception through to evaluation. You work in a product team that discusses things as equals and makes decisions together.

Требования:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in product management, including a relevant amount of time in a regulated environment (eHealth, FinTech, GovTech, or comparable).
• You have already worked with cross-functional teams in agile structures.
• You understand technical contexts deeply enough to independently develop requirements not only from a business perspective but also technically—and work as an equal with the development team.
• You are familiar with Jira and Figma.
• Your German proficiency is C1 or higher.
• User communication, regulatory documents, and internal communication are in German here—this is a must for this role, not an optional requirement.
