Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM solutions aligned with business goals in Germany. You will drive architecture discussions, define roadmaps, and ensure governance while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

You will mentor a global team of developers and consultants, produce architecture diagrams and documentation, and support pre-sales activities with compelling demonstrations.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow Architecture.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow SPM expertise.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Knowledge of platform architecture, integrations, security and governance.
• Experience in requirements analysis, solution design and architecture docs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership and drive architecture decisions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and client workshops when required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
