About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to support our Human Pharma organization with expert knowledge in pharmaspecific external data. If you’re passionate about transforming your knowledge about commercial real-world evidence and other data sources into business value and enjoy working closely with stakeholders and data vendors this role is for you.

While typically no working hands-on technical you’ll act as a trusted advisor bringing structure, clarity and business understanding to a wide range of data-related topics.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the internal expert for commercial sales and real-world evidence (RWE/RWD) data in the pharmaceutical area.
• Support the business in understanding and leveraging externally sourced data to drive insights and decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Commercial Medical Analytics and IT to gather requirements and ensure data meets business needs.
• Support managing relationships with external data vendors (e.g. IQVIA or similar) and monitor data quality delivery timelines and methodologies.
• Facilitate discussion workshops and presentations with senior stakeholders.
• Quickly adapt to new topics, therapeutic areas and data domains as business priorities evolve.

What You Bring

• 5 years experience working with pharmaceutical external data (e.g. commercial data, sales data, RWE/RWD, customer or market data).
• Strong understanding of pharma business processes and how data supports them.
• Experience collaborating with vendors like IQVIA is a plus.
• Experience with IT Consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn fast, switch between topics and handle complexity.
• Fluent in German and English. German is a strong plus.
