Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Berlin is seeking a client-focused team member to support daily boutique operations and guest experiences. You will handle replenishment of selling floor supplies, assist with opening/closing setups, and manage jewelry setup and backstock with precision.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor aligned with the Service Charter. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus in this luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or two years of working in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred
• Ability to multitask and remain organized with multiple projects
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and verbal skills
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
• Understands the environment
• Eager to learn
• Seeks both parties’ satisfaction
• Identifies improvements

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags and wrapping paper as necessary to ensure smooth operations
• Participate to set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
• Responsible for proper handling of morning Jewelry set up and evening jewelry pulling, as well as backstock maintenance
• Accurately backfill POS stations and desks
• Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition
• Responsible for greeting clients and assisting with Reception duties
• Respect all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image by always maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter
