Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. in Pfaffenhofen is seeking a Biologics Project Expert (m/f/d) in Quality Control to lead projects within QA/QC and drive process improvements in bioanalytical workflows.

You will partner with lab leadership to ensure GMP-compliant handling of deviations, CAPAs and changes, while supporting digitization and automation across the QC lab.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biochemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent scientific field.
• Several years of GMP-regulated pharma QA/QC experience.
• Strong IT affinity, data management and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and lead projects in Quality Control.
• Support optimization, digitization and automation of QC processes.
• Assist lab leadership in technical and organizational matters.
• Ensure timely and GMP-compliant handling of deviations, CAPAs and change control.
• Develop, validate, document and review analytical methods and results.
• Create and update SOPs to ensure efficient GMP-lab operations.
• Participate in internal audits and external customer audits.
• Provide technical guidance to staff in Bioanalytical testing.

Biologics Project Expert (m/f/d) Quality Control

Für unseren Standort in Pfaffenhofen wird ab sofort ein Biologics Project Expert (m/f/d) Quality Control gesucht.

Angaben zur Tätigkeit:

• Planung, Durchführung und Leitung von Projekten innerhalb der Qualitätskontrolle sowie Implementierung neuer Prozesse im Bereich Bioanalytik
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
• Unterstützung der Laborleitung in fachlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
• Verantwortung für die termingerechte und GMP-konforme Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, CAPAs und Änderungsprozessen
• Entwicklung, Validierung, Dokumentation und Prüfung analytischer Verfahren sowie Analysenergebnisse
• Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten und GMP-konformen Laborbetriebs
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei internen Selbstinspektionen und externen Kundenaudits zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards
• Fachliche Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Bioanalytik

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Biochemie, Pharmazie oder ein vergleichbares naturwissenschaftliches Studium
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der GMP-regulierten pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise im Bereich Qualitätskontrolle
• Nachgewiesene IT-Expertise und hohe Affinität zu digitalen Systemen, Datenmanagement und Prozessautomatisierung
• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bioanalytik sowie in der pharmazeutischen Analytik
• Breites fachübergreifendes Know-how mit vertieften Kenntnissen im Qualitätsmanagement bzw. GMP-Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen pharmazeutischen Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit Entscheidungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohem Qualitätsanspruch
