Our client operates a prominent network of modern bicycle retail outlets each featuring up to 20 dedicated bike professionals in modern well‑equipped shops. For our client opening new shops we are searching for bicycle mechanics and bicycle fitters on all experience levels.

Tasks

• Assemble new bicycles and prepare them for sale or customer pickup.
• Diagnose repair and service bikes including adjustments to gears, brakes, and bearings.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and services to ensure bikes are in optimal condition.
• Manage inventory of parts and tools, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
• Assist customers with product selection, providing guidance on bike features and suitability.
• Customize bikes according to customer specifications and preferences.
• Keep the work area organized and adhere to safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Bike Mechanic.
• Proficient in repairing and maintaining different types of bicycles.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for cycling and deep knowledge of bicycle mechanics and technology.
• Optional: Experience with e‑bikes is an asset.
