Hi, I’m Jeanette, founder of BEYONDinfluence, a global influencer marketing agency based in Berlin. We help creators and brands connect in meaningful ways while pushing the boundaries of content marketing. Our mission is to grow visibility and credibility for our clients while keeping our work creative, strategic, and fun.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s proactive, detail‑oriented, and a little nerdy about content. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks, keeping projects on track, and making marketing systems run smoothly, all while keeping our voice consistent and polished.

In this role, you will:
  • Supervise AI‑assisted blog automation: topic selection, review, edits, publishing
  • Draft, schedule, and publish social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Repurpose podcast content into social clips, newsletters, and posts
  • Maintain a content calendar across blog, social, email, and podcast activities
  • Produce and format monthly/bi‑weekly newsletters
  • Manage mailing lists, segmentation, and scheduling
  • Create and send out campaign and newsletter emails and monitor engagement metrics
  • Source and vet potential podcast interviewees, coordinate outreach, scheduling, briefing, and confirmation
  • Track content performance metrics and assist with reporting
  • Publish and update website content (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
  • Collaborate with external freelancers (designers, video editors, etc.)
  • Support ad‑hoc marketing tasks like research, copyediting, asset creation and coordination, or admin

Working Hours

This is a full‑time role with CET‑friendly working hours from 9am to 6pm CET, plus flexibility during campaigns or events.

To excel in this role, you need:
  • 2–4 years in content, marketing, communications, or agency work
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Solid understanding of social media and newsletter best practices
  • Knowledgeable in creating content & conducting research with AI
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing tools (Mailchimp, Highlevel, Notion, Canva, scheduling tools)
  • CMS familiarity (Squarespace, Webflow, or similar)
  • Basic analytics skills (Google Analytics, social insights, email metrics)
Brownie points for:
  • Experience in influencer/creator marketing or an interest in the space
  • Graphic design basics (Canva, templates, light brand asset editing)
  • Podcast production knowledge
  • SEO understanding
  • Analytics literacy (Google Analytics, social insights)
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Video editing basics (TikTok/Reels‑level edits using tools like CapCut)
