Job summary

BYD Automotive GmbH is seeking a production-focused professional to support repair, testing and self-inspection tasks in a high‑tech environment in Hoppegarten, Germany. You will follow official SOPs, complete daily tasks on time, and maintain equipment and quality across reworked units.

English fluency is required; German or Chinese is a plus. The role involves regular travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to contribute to BYD's zero-emission goals and global automotive

Responsibilities

• Strictly execute repair, testing and self-inspection tasks following SOPs.
• Complete all daily tasks within the scheduled time frame.
• Report work status, completions and any issues encountered during shift.
• Perform daily maintenance of tools, testing equipment and workstation.
• Maintain high quality standards for reworked units.
• Conduct self-inspections after each task or batch.

Key Responsibilities

• Strictly execute all repair, testing, and self-inspection tasks with the official Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Complete all assigned daily tasks within the specified time frame.
• Report work status updates, completion confirmations, and any abnormalities or issues encountered during shift.
• Perform daily maintenance of all tools, testing equipment, and the workstation.
• Maintain the highest quality standard for all reworked units.
• Conduct a self-inspection at the end of each task or batch.

Your Profile

• Work experience in a manufacturing field, production or after-sales service is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Battery working background.
• English proficiency is required; German or Chinese is a plus.
• Acceptable for high business travel frequency (approx. 30%).
