Job summary

BYD Automotive GmbH in Hoppegarten, Germany, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist to support the battery division’s after-sales activities. You will handle returns from customers, monitor rework resources, and enter complaints into the OSP system, while coordinating with factories to resolve issues.

Fluency in English or German is required, with strong communication skills and office software proficiency.

• Provide the technical support for the representative of factory of customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the defective product returns from customer's factory.
• Monitor the resources of rework(labor and warehouse and ect), and proceed the payment validation.
• Fill the complaints from customer to OSP system.
• Feedback the complaints of customer to battery factory internally.
• Provide the technical support for the representative of factory of customer.
