Job summary

HASCO Hasenclever GmbH + Co KG is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Southern Germany to lead the sales team and drive performance across the region.

You will plan visits, prepare budgets and market analyses while coordinating team initiatives and events to grow market share in the mould and toolmaking industries.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training with a focus on economics/technology.
• Several years of professional/management experience in a comparable position.
• Extensive market knowledge in the mould and toolmaking industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• High level of commitment, organisational skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of sales staff in the sales area.
• Establishment, organisation and development of team performance.
• Planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of customer visits.
• Preparation of sales and cost budgets for the assigned sales area.
• Preparation of market analyses and competition profiles.
• Identification of innovation potential and planning of team meetings, trade fairs, events.

• Technical and disciplinary management of technical sales staff (m/f/d) in the sales area
• Establishment, organisation and continuous development of individual and team performance
• Acquisition, planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of customer visits
• Preparation of sales and cost budgets for the assigned sales area
• Preparation of market analyses, customer potential surveys and competition profiles
• Identification of innovation potential Planning, organisation and implementation of regular team meetings, trade fairs, sales events, customer events and workshops

What we expect from you

• Completed vocational training with a focus on economics/technology technical focus, ideally with recognised additional training, e.g. as a technician or similar
• Several years of professional/management experience in a comparable position, ideally with industry relevance
