Join us in shaping international sales – as Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the region Eastern Europe.

Your Responsibilities
  • Active market development in your sales area through targeted acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
  • Management and support of sales representatives to achieve shared sales and profit targets
  • Preparation of technical quotations in collaboration with Application Engineering and Internal Sales
  • Analysis of market potential and derivation of specific sales activities
  • Participation in international and national trade fairs
  • Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships through systematic CRM activities (e.g., contact management, pipeline management, visit reports)
Your Profile and Skills
  • Completed technical or business training, ideally with further training as a mechanical engineer or business manager
  • Several years of experience in international capital goods (B2B) sales within the plant engineering or plastics industry
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and ERP use (Dynamics 365 and Business Central)
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, coupled with intercultural competence
  • Flexibility, resilience, and reliability
  • Independent, results-oriented, and structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel internationally
