A leading producer of plant extracts is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their global team in Anklam, Germany. This role focuses on achieving sales targets within Europe by developing strategies and maintaining relationships with key customers. Fluent communication skills in German and English are essential, with a willingness to travel. This is an on-site role in Anklam.

  • Develop sales strategy for the European target market.

Job Description
  • Developing a sales strategy for our target market in Europe and preparing the corresponding sales budget.
  • Building and maintaining successful and long-term business relationships with our key customers.
  • Establishing business relationships with potential new customers.
  • You act as a central interface between customers, the internal sales team and production.
  • You represent our company at national and international trade fairs.
  • You find out about the latest market trends and know our competitors.
  • Advise our customers and partners.
  • You develop new projects with customers and market opportunities.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Successfully completed commercial education or degree in business studies or natural sciences.
  • Several years of experience in sales.
  • Ability to present the company.
  • Ability to plan and complete the sales process.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Business fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (knowledge of French and Italian an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel.
