Zusammenfassung

Fujifilm Healthcare Europe in Ratingen, Germany seeks an experienced ASM/ASR to maximise regional sales revenues by identifying opportunities, forecasting sales, and supporting distributors within our indirect channels.

The role involves creating macro and micro sales strategies for each market, leading campaigns, delivering trainings, and maintaining CRM-driven market data while collaborating with multiple departments. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines is desirable.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English language.
  • Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to research and analyse various types of information logically and quantitatively.
  • Effectively manage time and regional budgets.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Must be good at writing reports and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to prioritise their work schedule.
  • Must be confident to speak and present professionally in front of an audience.
  • Must be able to work as a team player with other departments.
  • Must have a high degree of motivation and creativity and be able to work autonomously.
  • Must be able to confidently communicate effectively with professionals of the industry as well as end-users

Aufgaben

  • Create effective macro sales strategies which can be applied to all markets involving our distributors.
  • Proactively communicate with assigned distributors and closely monitor the progress of macro sales strategies in each market utilising CRM software.
  • Create with each distributor micro sales strategies, which need to be customised according to each market’s characteristics and SWOT analysis.
  • Proactively lead and support distributors by initiating various tactics including launching sales campaigns, attending promotional events, assisting in business negotiations with end-users etc.
  • Develop and implement trainings for sales representatives from our distributors.
  • Lead distributors to obtain, store and maintain comprehensive market data in CRM software.
  • Maintain frequent communications and build good relationships with distributors as well as end-users.
  • Research market needs and analyse how our solutions meet those requirements.
  • Conduct market research for submission to the headquarter in Japan as needed for new product launch and future R&D.
  • Provide weekly and/or monthly reports to management as directed.
  • Attend regional trade shows as needed.
  • Support other team members in projects and activities as instructed by management.
  • Identify and create new markets as well as distribution territory assignment.
  • Maintain awareness of the competitors’ movements and react appropriately.
  • Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures as well relevant quality and health and safety procedures.

General description of the role:

The ASM works closely with sales managers and consultants located in the selected countries in the region to maximise our sales revenues. The ASR will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, providing sales forecasts, fulfilling administrative needs with regard to the management of the indirect sales channels.
