Zusammenfassung

Fujifilm Healthcare Europe is looking for an Application Specialist to support the Endoscope Sales Team in Germany. You will demonstrate devices in clinics, train customers, and help identify sales opportunities within the regional market.

The role requires a medical engineering degree or equivalent training, knowledge of the German healthcare system, and strong communication in English. German language skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree in medical engineering or comparable medical technology training.
  • Experience in imaging procedures and endoscopy field is required.
  • Solid understanding of the German healthcare market and decision-making structures.

Aufgaben

  • Endoscope device demonstrations in clinics and practices.
  • Demonstrating devices at regional and national events (trade fairs, congresses, seminars).
  • Identifying existing potential to improve sales opportunities.
  • Providing functional training to customers/operating personnel on system operation.
  • Supporting the sales team with territory/customer-specific sales activities.
  • Generating customer satisfaction through after-sales service and addressing potential problems.
  • Participating in training/educational events.
  • Conducting application training for Fujifilm employees and for customers.

Supporting the endoscope Sales Team by:
  • Endoscope device demonstrations in clinics and practices
  • Demonstrating devices at regional and national events ( e.g. trade fairs, congresses, seminars. etc.)
  • Identitfying existing potential to improve sales opportunities
  • Providing functional training to customers/operating personnel on system operation
  • Supporting the sales team with general territory/customer-specific sales (promotion) activities
  • Generating customer satisfaction through after-sales service, addressing potential problems, resolving complaints as needed
  • Participating in training/educational events
  • Conducting application training for Fujifilm employees and for customers
Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:
  • Degree in medical engineering or comparable medical technology training with practical experience, possibly with additional qualifications
  • Experience in the application of imaging procedures / practical experiences in the medical/clinical endoscopy field
  • In depth knowledge of the german healthcare market and its decision-making structures
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills,
  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively,
  • Good written and verbal communication skills [in English language]
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
