Zusammenfassung

Every in Berlin is seeking an Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale our affiliate channel across Europe. You will design strategies, recruit publishers and loyalty partners, and drive profitable customer acquisition with a data-first mindset.

You will manage performance metrics like CAC and ROAS, implement the right tech stack, and collaborate cross-functionally to create a scalable affiliate program from scratch.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience in DTC/e-commerce or subscription businesses.
• Proven track record building and scaling affiliate programs to €50K–€100K+ monthly spend or revenue.
• Experience with multiple affiliate partners: publishers, loyalty and cashback players, creators.
• Strong grasp of affiliate economics, tracking, attribution and incrementality.
• Proven ability to drive profitable customer acquisition (CAC, ROAS, margins).
• Experience evaluating and implementing affiliate tech and platforms.

• Develop and execute the affiliate growth strategy, identifying the partner types, commercial models and opportunities with the greatest potential.
• Build affiliate toward €100K+ in monthly spend while maintaining healthy unit economics and driving incremental new-customer revenue.
• Identify, recruit and negotiate with high-potential partners, including publishers, content platforms, loyalty partners, communities and creators.
• Own channel KPIs, including new-customer revenue, CAC, ROAS and profitability.
• Continuously test, analyze and optimize performance.
• Select and implement the right affiliate technology, tracking and reporting systems, establishing scalable processes from the start.
• Establish the processes and frameworks needed to make affiliate a sustainable, scalable acquisition channel.

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in DTC, e-commerce, subscription or consumer businesses.
• Proven experience building and scaling affiliate programs, ideally reaching €50K–€100K+ in monthly spend or revenue.
• Experience working with a broad range of affiliate partners, including publishers, content platforms, loyalty and cashback partners, deal platforms and creators.
• A strong understanding of affiliate economics, commission structures, tracking, attribution and incrementality.
• A proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition, with a strong grasp of CAC, ROAS and contribution margin.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin, impact.com or CJ, including evaluating and implementing the right technology.
• Experience scaling acquisition channels in subscription-based businesses and across multiple European markets.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take full ownership of a channel, build from scratch and thrive in an environment where the strategy is not yet defined.
• Excellent relationship-building and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
