We are looking for a full-time, permanent Affiliate Manager (all genders) to join us as soon as possible. At Contabo we live a remote-first culture – but you decide whether you want to work fully remotely, hybrid, or on-site at one of our offices, depending on your location.
At Contabo, we believe that strong partnerships are key growth drivers. As a Affiliate Manager, you will be the driving force behind our global affiliate and partner network. You will take full ownership of building, scaling, and optimizing our programs – with the goal of sustainably boosting revenue growth and customer acquisition.
In this role, you will not only define the strategy but also execute it hands-on: recruiting new partners, negotiating custom deals, and developing creative incentive models that secure long-term relationships with affiliates, publishers, and influencers. At the same time, you will manage budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance – ensuring that every euro invested delivers measurable ROI.
You will work closely with colleagues in Performance Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to develop scalable campaigns. Along the way, you’ll combine proven affiliate mechanisms with innovative approaches – from AI-driven partner recruitment to automated reporting workflows. In short: you will build an affiliate ecosystem that delivers results today while securing Contabo’s growth for the future.
