Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support initiatives improving field readiness, leader effectiveness, associate experiences, and operational execution.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, timelines, readiness needs, and deliverables with project managers, Field Planning partners, field leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business changes into field-ready communications, guidance, job aids, FAQs, leadership resources, and support materials.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, adoption indicators, and field readiness concerns.
• Gather and analyze feedback to identify barriers, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
• Support pilots, testing, readiness reviews, and phased rollouts.
• Clarify expectations, answer operational questions, and help leaders navigate change.
• Identify solutions that improve readiness, adoption, consistency, and execution.
• Escalate project risks, field barriers, and operational concerns.
• Document lessons learned, performance insights, feedback, and recommendations.
