As a Account Manager at Gini, you will play an active role in driving our mission to establish Gini as a leading provider of intelligent payment solutions in Europe. You will manage our strategic banking clients, develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
With a strong sense for customer needs, you will oversee the entire sales process: from identifying and developing new accounts to contract negotiations and post-sales account management. You will represent Gini’s full product portfolio and combine technical understanding with organizational skills to deliver tailored solutions.

Your playing field at Gini
- You actively build a sales pipeline across the e-commerce, insurance, and banking verticals
- You are responsible for dedicated clients in the banking sector, engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and offer relevant products and services
- You manage license expansions and lead negotiations involving complex conditions and pricing pressure
- You handle customer relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle and drive a solution-oriented sales process
- You demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions aligned with the company’s strategic direction
- You plan and develop strategies for our renewal business by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, enhance customer success, and drive product adoption
Skills to be successful
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in selling SaaS solutions
- You have a proven track record in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing enterprise customer projects
- You understand value selling and have the business acumen to grasp customer strategy and industry drivers
- You are data-driven and able to build customer-specific business cases to demonstrate value
- You have strong negotiation skills and are confident in selling at the C-level
- You are confident, self-directed, and have an empathetic personality
- You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and consider yourself a team player
- You are an excellent communicator who engages openly with all stakeholders
- You have excellent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
