  • Native-level German and strong communication skills

  • A track record of new business success in high-velocity or Mid-Market motions
  • Strength in prioritization, pipeline ownership, consistency, and multi-threaded deal management
  • A collaborative and curious personality who works well with BDRs, Marketing, and cross-functional teams
