Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development teams. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions and guide system integration across ERP and TMS ecosystems.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of Manhattan Scale/Active, WMS configurations, and strong testing to ensure reliable supply chain execution within our global data-centric operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
