Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner for WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT. You will translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions, focusing on Manhattan Scale and Active platforms to optimize supply chain execution.

You will coordinate with development, ERP, and TMS teams, drive testing, and act as SME for WMS configurations and architecture within a global information management leader.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• CS education with preferred certifications (CSPO/Manhattan).

Responsibilities

• Own backlog, requirements, epics and user stories for development teams.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems (REST/SOAP, EDI, DB interfaces).
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing including complex supply chain edge cases.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and architecture.
