Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, guiding architecture and configurations.

You will own backlog, oversee API and data interface work, and validate end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. Strong collaboration with ERP/TMS partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and Agile delivery.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities and architecture.
