Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams. You will translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale/Active, and drive API/EDI integrations with ERP and TMS.

Lead testing across end-to-end flows, and serve as the SME for WMS configurations and architecture, collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, focusing on WMS platforms.
• Strong SQL querying skills and system integration standards.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and end-to-end testing.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, Supply Chain, or related field; CSPO/Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements by translating needs into epics, stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead technical integration and map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing, validate complex supply chain edge cases.
