Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities will help optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience; 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active.
• WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred; strong Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements: translate needs into epics and stories.
• Lead technical integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Drive flow testing: plan and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests.
• Provide system expertise for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.
