Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in a role bridging warehouse operations and development. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own the backlog, drive integrations with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end testing while serving as the subject-matter expert on WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Experience with system integration standards and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead technical integration; map APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide system expertise for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
