Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable Manhattan Scale/Active WMS solutions and drive enterprise integration.

With 10+ years of IT enterprise experience and 6-8 years in Manhattan platforms, you will guide configuration, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize supply chain execution and protect critical data assets.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
