Zusammenfassung

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems group. You will bridge warehouse operations with technical development, turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active tools.

You will lead API/EDI integrations, own the backlog, and drive rigorous end-to-end testing across the supply chain. A senior background in enterprise IT and strong collaboration across stakeholders are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years focused on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end testing, root-cause analysis, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end tests, validating complex supply chain scenarios before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
