Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will collaborate with ERP and TMS interfaces to optimize our supply chain execution. The role emphasizes backlog ownership, API integration, and end-to-end testing, with a focus on enterprise-scale information management and digital transformation initiatives at Iron

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical with non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics, stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead technical integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive flow testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex SCM edge cases before UAT.
• Provide system expertise for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
