Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. In this role, you will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will leverage Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active knowledge to optimize our enterprise software footprint and guide integration with ERP/TMS systems, while driving end-to-end testing and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration know-how.
• Experience delivering complex integrations with ERP/TMS and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements, translating needs into epics and user stories.
• Lead technical integration across REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and databases.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate supply chain edge cases.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.
