Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.

You will own backlog, lead API integration efforts, and drive end-to-end testing, working with ERP and TMS interfaces while aligning with Agile delivery practices and

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and API integration standards.
Experience delivering with Agile methodologies and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Own backlog and translate needs into epics, stories, and specs.
Lead technical integration across Manhattan WMS, ERP, and TMS.
Design and execute end-to-end flow testing for complex scenarios.
Provide expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
