Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications.
• 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain Management; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
