TaskUs is seeking an experienced Wellness Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in transforming data into insight within the social science field. A successful candidate handles sensitive data and contributes to study design and data analysis that matches research objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge in Power BI, SQL, Python, R.
• Advanced English Proficiency ( B2 +).
• Strong Knowledge in Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric.
• At least 2 years of exposure to ETL, databases / data warehouse that relates to developing reports using Power BI.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the 'bigger picture'.
• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and data visualization
• Excellent Communication, teamwork, adaptability and autonomous work skillset.

Responsabilidades

• Transform sensitive data into actionable insights that drive engagement and well-being across the organization.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and impact.
• Build internal tools and automation flows using PowerApps and Power Automate to streamline wellness operations.
• Process and manage data from sources such as SQL databases, Excel, Redshift, and APIs, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
• Cover the full reporting pipeline from data validation to visualization with a strong focus on sensitive wellness data.
• Collaborate with regional teams; occasional flexibility to support global initiatives.
