Twilio, a remote-first company, seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide actionable insights into strategic operations through quantitative analysis, technical systems, and leadership in analytics.

The ideal candidate will work with the Customer Experience Ops Customer Intelligence team to build dashboards, analyze product performance, and influence decision making across the organization. Remote role, based in Colombia.

Formación

• 3-5 years of professional experience performing quantitative analysis and building dashboards.
• Proficient in SQL and SQL-like languages; 2+ years Tableau experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for product and business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Inject data into decision making and define OKRs.
• Design and build reports and dashboards; standardize metrics and models.
• Source and leverage data for time-critical decisions.
• Roll out dashboards and enable adoption across teams.
• Monitor product performance and collaborate with leaders.
• Ensure data quality and availability post-launch.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
