Talentus Global is seeking a Senior Power BI / Power Automate Developer to join our US-based, LATAM-facing team. You will design, build, and deploy BI solutions that empower decision-making for enterprise clients.

You will optimize data models, create automated workflows, and collaborate with data engineers and IT teams across projects, while ensuring data security and governance in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in BI, data analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query and report optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including workflow automation and integration with business applications.
• Strong SQL experience with complex queries, joins, stored procedures, data manipulation and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with Power BI Service, deployment pipelines, gateways, data refreshes and security management.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts (star schema, fact/dimension tables) and performance optimization.

We are currently looking for a Senior Power BI / Power Automate Developer,to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Build and optimize Power BI data models, including complex relationships, calculated columns, measures, and DAX expressions.
• Build and developer Power Automate Solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including relational databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Develop business process automation and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Implement Microsoft Power BI solutions following data visualization, performance optimization, and software development best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Power BI reports, datasets, data refreshes, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, software developers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions.
• Ensure data security, governance, access control, and compliance across Power BI and related Microsoft solutions.
• Overall proven experience with: Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and emerging Business Intelligence technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, or a related field.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including workflow automation and integration with business applications.
• Mandatory strong SQL experience, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, data manipulation, and query optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, workspaces, deployment pipelines, gateways, data refreshes, and security/access management.
• Strong experience with DAX and Power Query (M) for data transformation and analytical calculations.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and working with relational databases and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema, fact and dimension tables, and performance optimization.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical BI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile or similar software development environments is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
• Must have experience working for US clients
