PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join the team.

PROJECT STACK and TEAM:

The tasks for the PowerBI role involve manual work and will be conducted by looking at existing Access reports, copying the SQL, and creating the same report in PowerBI, utilizing existing semantic models. Roughly 80% of the work is straightforward copy‑paste, while the remainder requires some joins and grouping. We are open to a strategy involving scripts or AI agents to automate the transfer of the remaining 400 reports if it proves effective.

Location: LATAM, US

Time Zone: CST preferred.

Contract: Full Time

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Solid experience developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI

Strong SQL skills, with the ability to understand and reuse existing queries

Familiarity with semantic models and working with structured datasets

Comfortable working with repetitive/manual processes while maintaining accuracy

GOOD TO HAVE:

Experience automating reporting workflows.

Exposure to migrating reports from legacy tools.
